Behind the counter, the process is precise and hands-on. A gloved staff member flattens the dough and feeds it through the dough sheeter machine before spreading butter across the wide sheet, dusting it heavily with cinnamon sugar, and rolling it into a long cylinder. After being cut into individual segments and placed on metal baking trays, the unbaked rolls head into the proofer and oven.
The standout for me from the fresh batch was the Dubai chocolate scroll. The team spreads pistachio cream across the top, piling on textured shredded kataifi before completing it with a fine chocolate drizzle. It proved to be nutty, sweet, and very tasty, balancing rich flavours with a distinct crunch.
Beyond the trending specialty rolls, the glass display counter showcases an extensive lineup of options. You can choose between the Pistachio Knafeh Minibon, Cookie Chocobon, Apple Crumble, Lotus Biscoff, and Classic Cinnamon rolls, or grab a four-pack takeaway box to share.
