To accompany the food, I ordered an iced chai served over ice in a glass against the café's illustrated wall. While chilled and refreshing on a warm morning, the drink turned out a little watery for my taste, missing the spiced depth I usually look for in a chai.

Crispy Potato Rosti Benedict
The highlight of my visit was the rosti Benedict, and the potato base lived up to expectations with a remarkably crunchy bite. Plated over the potato rosti, the dish features spinach, a rich hollandaise sauce, a dusting of paprika and freshly chopped parsley.
I ordered mine with added bacon, which brought a classic savoury contrast to the crisp potato and hollandaise. I also appreciated being able to choose scrambled eggs for the dish, as the soft scrambled egg texture paired brilliantly with the crunchy potato rosti.
