Cocoart brings genuine coconut flavour to the forefront in Sunnybank, anchored by warm, crispy egg waffles and silky fruit puddings.
Taking a bite of a warm bubble waffle while standing outside the Cocoart counter in Sunnybank is a fantastic contrast of hot and cold. The freshly cooked chocolate egg waffle comes cradled in a branded cup, stacked high with scoops of ice cream, whipped cream, crunchy chocolate bar pieces, sprinkles, and Pocky sticks.
When we visited their Sunnybank location, we were looking for treats that balanced indulgence with light, clean flavours. Cocoart focuses on natural coconut profiles across both its dessert glass jars and chilled drinks, making it a great pitstop in Brisbane when you want something refreshing that still hits the spot.

Silky Puddings and Coconut Shell Treats
While the loaded chocolate waffle cup brings warmth and texture, the signature coconut puddings lean into a silky, cooling style. We tried both the strawberry and grape coconut puddings, which arrive in glass jars with green screw-caps as well as real halved coconut shells. Lifting a spoon reveals layers of tender coconut pudding jelly, translucent white pearls, and fresh fruit slices, including sweet grapes and sliced strawberries.
The real coconut flavour comes through cleanly in every mouthful without being weighed down by heavy sugar. The combination of fruit, soft jelly, and coconut pearls gives each jar a subtle chew that feels genuinely refreshing.
Bright Canned Drinks and Bubble Teas
To round out the visit, we explored the drink line-up, which includes fun sealed pop-top cans alongside brewed teas. We popped open the pink-hued Coco Rose bubble tea, which quickly became one of our favourites for its fragrant floral note and balance with light coconut.
We also shook up the vibrant blue canned drink from their Butterfly Tea coconut water range and sampled from their Watermelon Series. Popping open the sealed cans adds a playful, portable element to the experience, giving you an easy option to grab on the go.
