Having full control over the table means I can pace out the raw meats, hot dishes, and sides exactly how I like. The setup lets you build a complete spread while the grill hums away in the middle.

The refrigerated meat cabinet is well stocked, featuring options like beef tongue, neck chain, thin pork neck, and marinated pork belly strips. Beside the raw meats, I found baby octopuses soaking in marinade, seasoned peeled prawns, and small foil cups of corn cheese that melt right alongside the steaks and ribs.
To balance the richness of the meats, the chilled salad bar offers fresh lettuce, mushrooms, greens, and salad dressings. Snipping hot, grilled ribs with kitchen shears directly onto a plate adds to the fun of cooking together.
Hot Sides, Free-Flowing Drinks, and a Custom Noodle Bar
Away from the grill, the buffet counter holds Korean fried chicken wings, crisp vegetable pancakes, spring rolls, fried gyoza, and pots of red spicy soup. There are also trays of sushi, including inari stuffed tofu pockets filled with tuna, crab, and seaweed.
