Broadbeach Dining
Seoul Garden Brings All-You-Can-Eat KBBQ & Hot Pot to Pacific Fair
Seoul Garden delivers a lively, interactive dining experience at Pacific Fair, seamlessly pairing tabletop Korean BBQ with a steaming hot pot buffet and an impressive dessert station.

Having both a sizzling grill and a bubbling pot of broth integrated into the very same table changes the rhythm of a meal. At Seoul Garden, newly opened at Pacific Fair in Broadbeach, you do not have to choose between Korean barbecue and hot pot, as both run simultaneously right in front of you, with all-you-can-eat prices starting from $21.90 per person.
Whether you are planning a group dinner, a family catch-up or simply turning up seriously hungry, the dual setup makes dining an active, personal process where you pick your ingredients from the buffet bays and cook everything at your own pace.
Is Seoul Garden Pacific Fair worth adding to your itinerary?
Pacing yourself is the real challenge when you can keep going back for more, but holding back a little space for the dessert station is essential. The dedicated sweet corner features waffles, a bingsu shaved ice machine, sliced cakes and fresh sliced fruit.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR
Menu highlights
Highlights from Zen’s visit.
At a glance: what we ordered
- Korean BBQ meats including Angus beef belly
- Hot pot base with tofu, mushrooms and greens
- Hot foods including fried chicken, glazed chicken wings and cheesy corn
- Frozen yogurt topped with Oreo crumbs and strawberry popping pearls
From Tabletop Grills to Buffet Trays
The heart of the experience is loading up your table. You can stock up on raw sliced Angus beef belly from the display cabinets to sizzle on the central grill, while setting a hot pot soup base to simmer with fresh tofu, mushrooms and greens on the induction cooktop right beside it.
Between trips to the grill and broth, the buffet offers plenty of ready-to-eat hot dishes and cold sides. We tried crisp fried chicken, glazed chicken wings and stir-fried noodles from the hot chafing dishes, along with cheesy corn lifted straight off the plate with a fork. Rounding out the spread are gimbap rolls, a sauce bar for custom dipping, and a fresh salad section complete with chilled greens and prawns.
Leaving Room for the Sweet Finish
Pacing yourself is the real challenge when you can keep going back for more, but holding back a little space for the dessert station is essential. The dedicated sweet corner features waffles, a bingsu shaved ice machine, sliced cakes and fresh sliced fruit.
My absolute favourite, though, was the soft-serve frozen yogurt machine. Twisting out a bowl and topping it with crushed Oreo crumbs and strawberry popping pearls delivers a cool, sweet finish that cuts through the rich barbecue and warm broth.
