A delightfully indulgent limited-time build that balances creamy Biscoff froyo with rich pudding and serious crunch, especially when you layer the pudding at the bottom.
I started my build at YOMG by scooping a layer of Bad Gal Puddin’s Biscoff pudding directly into the bottom of my empty cup before heading to the soft-serve machine. Putting the pudding at the base felt like a quiet bit of rule-breaking, but it proved to be the smartest way to lock in a balanced ratio of smooth froyo and dense pudding in every bite.
This limited-edition drop brings Bad Gal Puddin into YOMG at Westfield Chermside for a brief pop-up run. The self-serve setup lets you pair YOMG’s frozen yogurt with Bad Gal’s sought-after pudding, letting you construct your own Biscoff dessert cup from the ground up.

Layering up the Biscoff Swirl
With the pudding base secured, I filled the cup with Biscoff Ripple frozen yogurt, swirling the soft-serve directly over the pudding. From there, the self-serve topping bar offered everything from fresh strawberries and lychees to fruit purees and popping pearls.
To lean into the spiced caramel profile, I stuck with maximum texture. I grabbed tongs to add chocolate-covered pretzels for a salty crunch, showered the top with biscuit crumbs, and finished with a warm drizzle of Biscoff sauce spooned over the froyo.
