When one of our favourite chicken spots officially becomes a local fixture in Jindalee, setting up a proper spread for two is the only sensible way to celebrate. YUMS! Chicken has opened its newest location here, so we kicked off our meal with a full one-kilogram tray of wings. Splitting the wings right down the middle, half Peri Peri and half Garlic & Parmesan, gave us the ultimate combination of crispiness and bold flavour right from the start.
Every wing delivered on texture and taste. The Peri Peri coating brought a lively, punchy heat, while the Garlic & Parmesan offered a rich, savoury contrast that made switching between the two split flavours completely effortless. Having a full kilogram to share meant we could take our time enjoying both styles without having to compromise on our favourite seasonings.

Classic OG Burgers and Dual Fries Crunch
Moving onto the mains, we tucked into the classic OG burger. Fitted with a golden fried-chicken patty, pickles, and plenty of sauce, it delivered a satisfying crunch in every single bite. The sharp kick from the pickles cut through the rich chicken and sauce, grounding the whole feast with that timeless takeaway burger feel that makes a quick dinner feel like a real treat.
To keep things lively on the side, we paired the burger with both regular fries and sweet potato fries for an extra crunch. Alternating between classic salty hot chips and the lighter, naturally sweeter potato bites kept the textures crisp and added a fun variety across the table as we worked our way through the main spread.
