Sitting outdoors under the night sky gives the venue an authentic street-side feel that matches its relaxed menu. Two distinct cold drinks were brought out to our wooden table, labelled on screen as the Lychee Dance and a classic Vietnamese Ice Coffee. Drinking a chilled, light green fruity drink through a straw offers a sweet contrast to the deep, rich notes of a dark iced coffee, giving us two completely different options to sip between bites throughout the meal.

The main spread centered on a substantial Meat Platter served directly to the timber table. Neatly arranged slices of grilled meat were plated around a central bowl of dipping sauce, providing an ideal shared dish for table-side dining. The grilled meats anchor the dinner, designed for dipping and sharing in a classic street-food style.
To complete the meal, a generous bowl of Veggie Fried Rice was set alongside the meat platter. Combining the savoury sliced grilled meats and rich dipping sauce with a bowl of fried rice creates a full, satisfying Vietnamese street food supper. It is a straightforward, fuss-free combination that fits the relaxed Kangaroo Point location and makes for a genuinely rewarding night out.
