Finding a proper morning reset between beach club sessions and long days of island exploring is an essential part of any Bali itinerary. We found Coffee Cartel, a bright cafe surrounded by lush greenery and filled with natural light, where the relaxed Bali energy makes it easy to slow down and start the day properly.
The real highlight of our brunch spread was the Sausage Negg. Stacked impressively high with a beef and pork sausage patty, melted cheddar cheese, house pickles, rich aioli, tomato relish, and a crisp hash brown, it arrived as a delightfully messy, full-flavoured breakfast sandwich that hit every right note.

Alongside the stacked sandwich, we opted for a classic Eggs Benny. Built on a toasted English muffin topped with bacon, a light layer of spinach, fresh lettuce, and a generous pour of creamy hollandaise, it delivered all the familiar, comforting textures you want from a traditional cafe breakfast.
The drinks here are where the table gets genuinely fun. Alongside a chilled Ice Lychee Tea and an Iced Macchiato, we had to order lattes topped with custom printed artwork right on the coffee foam. Sitting back at the sunlit table with sunglasses on, taking in the leafy surrounds with a printed latte in hand, felt like the quintessential Bali morning ritual.
