Refreshing Spritzes in the Courtyard
The two-hour bottomless drinks package gives the afternoon its easy rhythm as drinks flow across tables in the courtyard setting.
Our favourite drink of the afternoon was the Wild Hibiscus Spritz, garnished with a fresh strawberry and mint leaves in a tall glass, which proved wonderfully light and refreshing in the sun.
A Multi-Course Shared Feast
The dining element arrives as a substantial shared spread designed for grazing alongside your drinks over the two-hour session.
We enjoyed Ciro Velleca olives tossed with garlic and olive oil served with warm Turkish bread, halloumi and field mushroom sliders, and rare beef baz lamaj wrapped with horseradish cream.
The table fills further with freshly baked pizzas including pork and fennel alongside roasted pumpkin, paired with crisp skin-on parmesan fries and a pumpkin, pear, couscous and feta salad.
Roving Singers and Party Energy

Rather than staying on a distant stage, roaming performers move between tables across the venue with a microphone, getting everyone involved to sing along.
